Mintt Returns Policies

Interpretation
1. ‘The Buyer’ means the person(s), firm or company who purchases the goods from the Company.

2. ‘The Company’ means Mintt.

3. ‘Goods’ means any product purchased from the Company.

The Company only accept returns on Faulty/Damaged Goods.

Toys

The goods must be unused.The goods must be in their original condition and packaging.Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.Items that are not in sealed packaging are non refundable and non exchangeable.The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you received your order.Unwanted goods must be in their sealed packaging and returned within 14 days.

Lingerie & Clothing

Unwanted items must be returned unworn and still in its original packaging with tags still attached. For set goods that include more than one item, all items must be returned together as per the original order. This includes thongs, bodystockings, masks, ties, chains and props.

Goods must be returned to the company within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned to the company with the fault clearly explained. The buyer must retain a proof of returns postage receipt.
